If I want to make an appointment with you, how should I do that?
You are taking a step in supporting your mental heath, which is wonderful! The first step is going to be having a phone consultation with Dr. Branch. The best way to initiate this process is by using the New Client Consultation Request Form on the Contact page of this website. Usually Dr. Branch will email you back within 3 business days to coordinate a brief phone consultation call to make sure she can provide what you are needing in a therapist. At this point, Dr. Branch will either schedule you (or add you to her waiting list if the schedule is full) or, if she believes that another therapist would best suit your needs at this time, she will provide referrals for you.
How do I get to your office?
Branch Psychological has moved! As of March 11, 2024, Branch Psychological is at 2601 Wells Ave, Ste 121, Fern Park, FL 32730.
This is near the intersection of Hwy 17-92 and SR 436/Semoran Blvd.
Wells Ave runs parallel to and one block west of Hwy 17-92, across from Lowe's of Fern Park. Turn onto Prairie Lake Dr at Lowe's. Turn right onto Wells Ave. Located at corner of Wells Ave and Prairie Lake Dr.
It's my first appointment. What happens once I arrive?
Please enter the outside suite door and make yourself comfortable in the waiting area. Dr. Branch will come out to greet you at your appointment time. There is a restroom in the back of the suite, through a security door.
